Here are step-by-step instructions for assembling most of the Lugger.  I did not include the superstructure;  everyone will want a version appropriate to his use.   Also, I did not show the small-link chain (have not figured out how to do angles for groups of parts in ML-CAD);  refer to the pictures.  You can download Lugger2.dat file here.
