Patek-Philippe ($15,000) and a Rolex ($5,000) and you believe it not excessive to have an
accessory Watch Winder ($3,000), you will understand that accessories might also have
accessories of their own. In the spirit of
inane extravagance I hereby present the LEGO ROTATER which will rotate the Watch Winder
for my Seiko 5 ($31) while I take a video clip. |

However,
keep it in mind for a project of your own. Note
that the yellow worm-wheel assembly nicely fits between the legs of the turntable,
allowing for a very flat and compact design. Connection
of the drive to the turntable part is not by engaging the external 56 tooth gear; it is by slipping a 24 tooth gear through the
center of the turntable fitting. |
